01Scope and acceptance

These terms govern the use of eclit.com and its subpages, operated by Eclit Bilişim Hizmetleri A.Ş. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use the site.

The site exists to describe Eclit's services, publish technical content and receive enquiries. No subscription is started, no payment is taken and no service is ordered through it.

02Using the content

The technical articles, guides, glossary entries and technology radar on this site are general information. They are not a substitute for advice on a particular organization's infrastructure, regulatory position or business decision.

You may read, print and quote the content with attribution for your own and your organization's internal use. Reproducing it commercially, republishing it, producing derivative works, or harvesting it in bulk by automated means requires prior written permission.

Content changes over time. We do not warrant that an article carrying an older publication date still holds today, which is why the date is printed on every article.

03Intellectual property

Rights in the site's design, text, images, diagrams, software and layout belong to Eclit or its licensors and are protected under Turkish Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation.

The Eclit name, logo and brand elements are registered trade marks of Eclit and may not be used without written permission.

Third-party product and technology names and logos appearing on the site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply a partnership with or endorsement by those organizations unless expressly stated.

04The contact form

When you submit the form you confirm that the information you give is accurate and that you have not entered someone else's details without their consent.

Submitting the form does not create a contract, does not constitute an offer, and does not oblige Eclit to reply. Where a conversation follows, it proceeds through separate discussions.

Misuse of the form or the site — automated submission, request traffic intended to burden the systems, harmful content, attempted unauthorised access — is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access in such cases.

How the personal data you submit is processed is set out in the Privacy Notice; the cookies written to your browser are set out in the Cookie Policy.

05Third-party links

The site links to third-party addresses, including the customer portal and EclitGo. The content, privacy practices and availability of those addresses are the responsibility of the party operating them and are outside Eclit's control.

When you follow a link, the terms and privacy notice of the site you arrive at apply.

06These terms are not the service agreement

This document governs use of the website only. The terms of any service relationship with Eclit — scope, service level commitments, duration, fees, confidentiality, data processing and liability — are set out in the signed agreement and its annexes.

Where these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails. Nothing here limits a commitment made in a signed agreement.

07Limitation of liability

The information on this site is prepared with care, but it is not warranted to be error-free, current or uninterrupted. Decisions taken in reliance on it are the user's own.

Eclit's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and rights arising from consumer legislation, are reserved.

08Availability

We aim to keep the site continuously available but give no service level commitment for it. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, infrastructure failure or force majeure.

The site's content, structure and sections may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice.

09Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction. For users acting as consumers, the jurisdiction rules of consumer legislation are reserved.

10Changes and contact

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published at this address and the date above is changed with it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current terms.
