The current state of Eclit's customer-facing services. The measurement is taken by a monitor outside our own infrastructure, so it does not stop when we do.

Services

Status is measured externally every minute and this page refreshes itself while it stays open. Channels that cannot be probed — telephone, the NOC line — only change state when an incident is published.

What this page does not show

This shows Eclit's own customer-facing services — not individual customer environments. The state of your systems does not appear here; for that, contact your operations team or the NOC line. An outage inside a customer's own infrastructure can leave this page green, and that is the correct behavior.

This page is served from eclit.com. When eclit.com is unreachable, so is this page — precisely when you would need it. That is why the monitor hosts a second address of its own, running independently of our infrastructure:
